WHY: Launch re-branded band and lead singer with new roots reggae sound and debut music video for the single ‘Fight’.
In June 2005 Jamaica experienced the birth of a new sound in Gospel. On the Shout Band was to be the pioneer band that would take that new sound to the next level. With their original introduction being the band for DJ Nicholas, they are now seen as the premiere band for major event and production requiring musical professionalism and skill.

In 2011 they took their passion for music to the next level, writing and producing their first original single High and Lifted. Following positive feedback in the Caribbean and United States, On the Shout band took the plunge and transformed from strictly a backing band to a performing group, led by keyboardist turned lead vocalist Shawn Antoine Allwood. The band went on to recording their first EP, Identity Chris[t]is, a roots rock reggae compilation.

With over 20 years of musical and production experience, they have worked and toured with artistes such as DJ Nicholas, Chevelle Franklin, Carlene Davis and have shared the stage with international recording artistes such as Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, Israel Houghton and others.
