Krystal Ball is a 24 year old artist from St. Catherine, Jamaica who considers art to be her first love. Over the years she has received many awards such as the Pan American Health Organization’s centennial poster competition’s first place winner at the tender age of 10. Her visual arts path lead her to excel academically, earning her acceptances and scholarships from many well known art institutions in North America such as Kutztown University, Columbus College of Art and Design and Parsons School of Design. Krystal started her studies at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she studied fine arts and art history before deciding to spread her wings elsewhere to see what life has to offer. Since her first Solo Exhibition at redbones last year Krystal has been quite busy being a popular feature artist with the “Paint & Sip” crowd, and teaches art classes on commission. Her work has piqued the interest of collectors in the Diaspora, selling works as far as Canada. “Revolution” is her second solo exhibition.
