KOTE is a ten (10) day studio and performing art festival that began in 2007. It is a celebration of the innovative art and diverse artists who live, work and/or are inspired by Kingston. More than 450 artists and performers, from as afar as The Republic of Georgia, The United States, France, Spain, Venezuela, Australia, Poland, Canada, Haiti, Cuba and Brazil, have participated.
This year is the ninth edition of KOTE whose theme is entitled “Connections” and will be held June 17-26, 2016. As always, KOTE will promote both studio and performing arts and includes 26 events at 23 venues around Kingston, both uptown and downtown with just under 200 local and international artists.
